I do lots of cooking from Fuscia Dunlop's "Land of Plenty" cookbook cooking of Sichuan. Sesame paste is an essential ingredient for many recipes, and I found this brand Greek is best for them by some Chinese brands I tried. Very creamy, very fresh (still subjective.)
